Purchases through Paddle

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for MoodSpark purchases processed through Paddle. Paddle handles the transaction, payment, tax, invoice, order support, returns, and eligible refunds under its Buyer Terms (opens in a new tab) and Refund Policy (opens in a new tab).

You may request a refund through Paddle within 14 days of a transaction. Paddle reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant a refund at its discretion in line with its current Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights — including any applicable EU/EEA withdrawal right described below — remain unaffected and are preserved to the extent required by law. Your rights regarding a defective or non-conforming product are also unaffected.

EU/EEA withdrawal rights

EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Its scope and any exception depend on applicable law. For digital content or services, that right may be affected or lost after you expressly request or consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the relevant consequence. Paddle’s checkout and Buyer Terms present the terms applicable to your transaction. Any mandatory right that remains available is preserved.

Requesting a refund or withdrawal

Use Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net (opens in a new tab). Review Paddle’s Refund Policy (opens in a new tab) and Buyer Terms (opens in a new tab). Provide the checkout email and requested order details. Paddle processes eligible refunds; bank processing times vary.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel through MoodSpark’s Account page, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period. Cancel before the trial or renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not itself refund an earlier payment.

Plan changes and deletion

Eligible plan changes use provider-backed membership controls and should not create a second subscription. Cancel an active subscription before deleting your account so future billing is stopped first.
